We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our PCV Pipes division in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have 2-28 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the construction or manufacturing industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the PCV pipes market. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to analyze market trends to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the PCV pipes market in Nigeria
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the company’s products.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector. Advantage if Nigeria Experience
- Strong understanding of PCV pipes and related products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
