Salary : 2000 -3000 AED plus other benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Visitor Coordination: Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Communication Handling: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
  • Office Maintenance: Monitor supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the reception area is tidy.

  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication; professional phone etiquette.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain records efficiently.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, email systems, and office equipment.

  • Discretion: Handle confidential information with integrity.

🎓 Qualifications

Languages: English proficiency; additional languages may be beneficial depending on location.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in office administration is a plus.

Experience: 1–2 years in a front office or customer-facing role preferred.

Must be in UAE and willing to work at RAK location
