Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Visitor Coordination: Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Communication Handling: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the reception area is tidy.

- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication; professional phone etiquette.
- Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain records efficiently.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, email systems, and office equipment.

- Discretion: Handle confidential information with integrity.
🎓 Qualifications
Languages: English proficiency; additional languages may be beneficial depending on location.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in office administration is a plus.
Experience: 1–2 years in a front office or customer-facing role preferred.
