An FMCG Sales Executive in Sierra Leone is responsible for driving product sales, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to meet targets in assigned territories.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and onboard retailers or distributors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Product Promotion: Actively promote FMCG products through in-store displays, demos, and local campaigns.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and report insights to management.
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong Communication: Fluent in English
- Must have Experience into sales in any Africa Countries in the past .
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
- Territory Management: Familiarity with regional geography and logistics.
- Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in CRM tools and mobile reporting apps.
🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG sales or retail distribution preferred.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within Sierra Leone.
