The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management within the packaging industry, with a proven track record of optimizing production processes and ensuring product quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of packaging production, from planning to execution, while leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire packaging production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to enhance their skills and ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-25 years of experience in production management, specifically in packaging environments.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and technologies.
- Proficient in production planning and scheduling software, as well as ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluency in French and English is preferred, with knowledge of local languages being an advantage.
