As Bodyshop Advisor in a German car dealership in Qatar you will acts as the liaison between customers and the repair team, ensuring high-quality service, accurate estimates, and smooth repair workflows.
🚗 Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction
- Greet customers and assess damage to their vehicles.
- Explain repair processes, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally.
- Provide updates throughout the repair cycle and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Repair Coordination
- Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians, parts departments, and insurance companies.
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards—especially critical for premium German brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Porsche.
- Estimating & Documentation
- Prepare accurate repair estimates using software like Audatex or AutoMate.
- Document damage reports, insurance paperwork, and customer approvals.
- Quality Assurance
- Inspect completed repairs for quality and compliance.
- Handle post-repair customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Sales & Upselling
- Recommend additional services (e.g., detailing, paint protection).
- Promote service packages aligned with brand standards.
🧰 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or degree in automotive technology or customer service.
- Experience: 3–5 years in a bodyshop or dealership environment, preferably with luxury or German brands.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with body repair processes and OEM standards.
- Understanding of insurance procedures and claims handling.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. with Arabic fluency
